Job responsibilities:
1. Organize the preparation of annual comprehensive financial plan and control standards according to the company's medium and long-term business plan;
2. Establish and improve the financial management system, and conduct overall control over the daily management, annual budget and fund operation of the financial department;
3. Preside over the preparation of financial statements and financial budget and final accounts, and provide timely and effective financial analysis for the company's decision-making;
4. Organize, plan and manage the company's tax;
5. Accurately monitor and predict the cash flow, and determine and monitor the reasonable structure of the company's liabilities and capital;
6. Provide advice and decision support for the company's major investment, financing, M & A and other business activities, and participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above;
2. Accounting, finance, finance and other related majors;
3. Have comprehensive financial professional knowledge and modern enterprise management knowledge, be familiar with domestic accounting standards and national financial and tax legal norms and policies such as finance, taxation and audit, and have good financial analysis ability and judgment;
4. Have rich experience in enterprise production cost accounting;
5. Middle or senior accounting title or certified public accountant is preferred;
6. Employment experience in agriculture or fresh food industry is preferred;
7. Good leadership, communication, coordination, oral and written expression skills and planning and execution skills.
